I have cleaned it beside soap and water next to a no scratch scrubby, but as soon as it dries you can see something still stuck on it and it requirements to stick in same spot when i try to use it. This is/was a brand foreign electric skillet made by G.E. My hubby decided to do some cooking next to it when I wasn't there!!! GRRRRR :( How can I REALLY go and get this stuff off short damaging the non-stick surface? I'm pretty sure surface is ok underneath because if i cut into pretty hard near my fingernail, it leaves a line surrounded by the residue. Thanks ahead of time ...proxy
And for all you joker out there....."keeping hubby out of the kitchen" wont oblige me now cuz the smash up has already be done. for whatever its worth ...I HAVE threatened him near bodily harm and "adjectives him off" if he EVER messes with it again!!! Laterzzzz proxy
Answers: Let it soak contained by hot water. It's supposed to come rotten.
Carbon won't come off, you will hold to carefully cut it off. I don't know other style.
Simmer water contained by it for a few minutes-should fall out after.
