My house is 2 story with 1 AC component. Downstairs has a programmable thermostat and upstairs have a dialer like simple one. They used to work pretty ably. But recently no concern how low I turn the upstairs thermostat to, there is no nouns flow at all upstairs. Even I switch lover always on within the downstairs thermostat, still no help. Could anyone please assistance to tell me what is the problem? Thanks surrounded by advance.
Answers: My best guess from the information you provided is since you own two thermostats that means you must own a split system air conditioning next to two Fan coil units, one upstairs and one downstairs. Otherwise I am not sure why in that are two thermostat controlls. This would mean you hold two separate units moving the atmosphere and the second floor is separate from the first. Do you have separate nouns filters for upstairs and down stairs. If the filter gett clogged with dust nearby will eventually be no air flow. Also if I am correct just about the type system you have, and here are two filters and they are verbs, then you should check the upstairs section to see if it is running properly.
I'm just a homeowner who watches greatly of DIY/HGTV, etc.. I don't get why in that are two thermostats for one unit. Do you own flex ducting that could have become disconnected. Can you get hold of to the unit and report to if the air handler is working. Have you changed the filter. If it's something that isn't marked, you have to phone the AC tech. You should have the system maintain once a year any way so the condensate chain is flushed out and the freon/purpon levels, etc., are checked. Good luck. I hope it's something simple.
