There are these little latch locks you can buy almost anywhere that you screw surrounded by above the door... you can only use them when you are inside your room. They cost more or less $2.00 and you can install it with a screw and a screw driver. It will hang on to people out of your room....

It is concrete to explain in writing,... If you call for any more help to know what I am trying to reach a deal about agree to me know and I will find you a picture of one. (Very cheap.. and easy to install)
