We bought a old house, next we find the heat working changeable,sometime hot,sometime worm,and that hot water is cloudy and ashen. Even a long time use. Yesterday water become warm, but today is cool. I try to release marine from tank, but no any affect. This is twin part model,i looked power box,that offpeak electric meter still running, but very slowly,i assume hot water system is lone device use offpeak power,but i waited for 6 hours, at hand are still no hot water?what can i do? Thanks for your assistance
Answers: Maybe change thermo stat or purchase exotic if that old could be dicey to use if it had a long time.
