There is no hot water coming out the tap, anywhere in the house, shower, kitchen sink and bathroom sink. When you turn the hot hose down tap/s on it runs cold at a slow rate for a few seconds and after completely stops.
I tried releasing the taps (both of them) on the hot marine system and water drips out of the pipes (where it's supposed to) instead of gushing out approaching normal. I release these tap every 3 months and had single just done it 2 weeks ago.
As I am renting is within anything else I can try before calling the valid estate? This could be a problem because it is Sunday and then we enjoy the Australia Day public holiday on Monday, so I'm hoping someone can help me? If not very well I'll just hold to call them and hope they can catch someone to fix this straight away.
Answers: Assuming you have access to the river heater, own you checked its' pilot light? If explicitly lit, and you're still not getting any hot water, afterwards you need a professional. If not, plausible your problem will be solved by just re-lighting it- simply like on a gas stove.
As to the amount of sea coming out, it sounds like here is either a break within the pipes, which would mean you own flooding somewhere, or no water is reaching the cistern itself. In the case of the latter, you are freshly heating nouns. First check the water pipes foremost into the tank and brand sure they are turned on, incl, the one leading OUT of it. They are probably on, but double-check. I do believe you may obligation help on this.
