The new pure gas fireplace insert will be operating fine than all of a sudden poof it go out and sometimes the pilot will go out when it shuts stale the fire. It was proffesionally installed by the hawker including the double pipe installed in my chimmney flue for intake and outake. The pusher and gas company have checked everything and they right to be heard everything is ok.I also have a gas furnace and hot hose heater and they enjoy no problems, need some sustain as nobody wants to concede that there is a problem.
