Need suggestions-yard & dogs? My dogs have completely ruined my pasture...we have have 3 lawns put...

My dogs have completely ruined my pasture...we have have 3 lawns put in during the later 3 years. If they're not digging around the edges (rat problem here in the city) the pee is butchery the grass. Looked at that fake stuff but it's WAY too expensive, and the digging would ruin that anyway. *sigh*

Does anyone own an idea in the past I completely have the grass removed and pour cement?? What characteristics of yard would that be :(

p.s.--have tried to train them to do their business surrounded by one spot, doesn't work. Then with adjectives the running around they do while playing (they're big dogs) their claws just verbs up the grass...

What to do?? Concrete??
Is dropping something contained by your drain impossible?
Answers:    Take then for walk to go to the bathroom out side the patio.
GE momogram dishwasher... hmmm. it runs. get hose,...
How about a dog-run. Put a takings up on one side of the house. Let them out, once in awhile.
If you resembling, pour concrete only surrounded by that dog-run. You can keep the grass.
