I have asked around some of this before but I merely had one query about the concept of the nuetral buss wired together next to my grounds. Why don't I get zap from the grounds if they hook surrounded by with the nuetral. And would you hookup an applience the everyday way. 2 hots, the ground, and nuetral?
sounds resembling you need to hire an Electrician.

Sounds approaching you have some confusion give or take a few the design and purpose of your electrical system. If you are inclined to work on it, I recommend becoming familiar next to home electricity to prevent shock or electrical fire.

US Electrical code says that adjectives house neutrals are connected to ground at the main panel. (and simply at the main panel)

The ground wires are primarily a redundant sanctuary system. Under normal operation, they do not fetch any current. Electricity typically travels through the hot and returns via neutral wires.

This funds the ground and the neutral are essentially duplicates of alike wire- hence you don't get shocked by touching them.

Purpose of the ground wires: If some electrical system were to come to nothing, or an appliance was wired "backward" (with the exterior metal covering being hot) the redundant ground (always wired to the exterior metal case) would do the circuit breaker to trip or fuse to blow, thereby preventing dangerous conditions.

This is especially big in places near cold water pipes approaching kitchens and bathrooms- the sink can act as a ground cable and conditions exist where you can be shocked by touching an appliance and sink at duplicate time.
If you are in certainty wiring 220v appliances (as others hold wondered), or doing any serious changes to your electrical system, please hold the time to learn what is required for your system to be undisruptive and up to code. There are plenty of good books floating around. Check your library.
Answers:    The return and ground are commonly connected together in the panel. The buss is connected to an dirt ground, typically a water pipe or sometimes ground rods. You don't gain "zaped" because this buss is grounded, in your house and your neighbors and the grounds are adjectives conneceted together at the transformer.
I don't understand your grill about the appliance
"2 hots" imply a 220V appliance, stove maybe, but it would be undercooked to require a return other than the ground
