Need lend a hand next to aboveground pool? ordered a new liner for pool ending year. 27foot round beaded...

ordered a new liner for pool ending year. 27foot round beaded liner. does not overlap. went to put contained by this year and after working around the pool and getting the top of the liner in at hand is about a foot of extra liner. when i straighten it out will it rob up this slack.did they send the wrong size. i dont know if they will lug it back because it be last summer that it be ordered. have tried to own a professional install it and noone wants to do it unless you buy the liner from them. can anyone relief me. any help at adjectives is greatly appreciated. thanks

I've a buddy that does that work,...I sometimes comfort him with liner, but since we're in medium OH, it'd be a bit of a drive.
