Our air conditioner isn't competent to keep up beside the Tennesse summer. our house was built contained by 98, so i'm guessing the unit is that out-of-date too. it is blowing cool air, but it cant seize the house below 78-83. i've closed all vent we dont use. what other maintence things could i do before i give the name a pro? thanks.

Answers:    it may call for to be serviced by a pro. its got to be clean(evap) condensor ,filter and proper superheat/subcooling. your wasting money not turning this element up.
