So everywhere I've looked, it says to use an alan switch to loosen the blades, and then to hit the reset button, etc. But mine (Sinkmaster, Bonecrusher 450) does not own the screw on the bottom. What can I do to unclog what's stopping the blades? It comes back on when I hit the reset button.
Turn the power to the element off and try to unclog it near a wooden rod such as a broom handle. Use wood to keep hold of from damaging the blades. Try to take the blades to move freely and then turn the power posterior on.

An Allen Wrench is not a screwdriver, so looking for a screw on the bottom is a mistake. An Allen wrench is a Hexogonal tool which is sort of like a reverse Socket. Sockets are hexogon shaped which stir OVER the bolt, an Allen wrench is a Hexagon which goes INTO the bolt. Look for an channel in the bottom of your disposal which is Hexagon shaped. Find a complementary allen wrench at a store like Home Depot.

Barring that, I've see people dislodge the blades by using a Wooden broom button and pushing gently against the blades. (Do NOT turn on the machien near the broom in the disposal, or next to the Allen wrench in place!)
Answers:    With the power sour, use a broom handle to turn the blades. The wood won't hurt them, and the long bar gives you the leverage to go and get them turning. Then hit the reset botton and turn it on. It should work fine. Good luck!
