Have a 47 yr. old untaught gas, forced hot water, three zoned boiler that seem to be getting "tired. House is small, approx. 1200 sq. ft. Anyone have a guestimate of the cost to replace?

Answers:    It is hard to grant you a price because you have so heaps options. Make sure at a minimum you achieve a condensing boiler. You could get a combi element or since you are in Boston, you may know how to buy a chp unit. That would in fact save you profusely of money.
