My debris disposal is jammed? I tried hitting the red reset button, and it makes a nouns...

I tried hitting the red reset button, and it makes a nouns but doesn't turn on. It did this a couple days ago and then worked again for a week next to no problem, no it;s jammed up again. Any suggestions on how I can unjam it without taking it apart? Thanks!

Answers:    find the switch that came beside it. if you cant find it you can try allen wrenches. I forget which size works. that or just goto home depot and buy the push button. then stick the knob into the hole in the center of the bottom of the garbarge disposer . turn it vertebrae and for then unplug the disposer stick your foot in and pul out doesn`t matter what jammed it
