Answers:    get bringing up the rear the panel where the stuff adjustment switch is.
there is a plastic hose attached to the year of that switch that runs to the bottom of the washer tub. when nourishing the washer water enter that little hose and creates a pressure on that switch which tell the washer when to stop wadding. maybe that hose is leak and so no pressure is getting to that switch. maybe that hose is for some justification blocked, take it bad the switch an blow into it to make sure its clear.
possibly the switch itself is not adjusted correctly anymore or possibly the switch itself is bad. they're jammy to buy and replace. can't see that the meter would be of any help to ya. the trouble should be surrounded by that switch Or the hose.
maybe the hose fell past its sell-by date or has a hole within it.
as far as i'm concerned that's the only places you entail to look.
good luck to ya.
p.s. enjoy replaced a few myself.
You don't say the brand but usually as the machine fill it sends air up a plastic tube to a stop switch usually located down the control panel. The switch may need adjustment or it is defective.
