Answers: Be sure there's nothing stuck contained by the impeller or partially blocking the suction hose - sometimes it will allow some suction, but satisfactory is blocked to create a noise. That can warmth up your motor and burn it out, so don't ignore the racket! Is your belt loose? Basically take the cover past its sell-by date the bottom and inspect everything, and check the hose for any blockage - it could be way down at the stub or half channel inside the tube to where you don't see it right away.
