My Toro 6hp walk astern lost it's rpm's when I was mowing lower than some bushes. I can't find a choke or anykind of adjustment. I assume I hit a branch or somthing in the bushes but of late can't figure it out.
Answers: Look around the carburetor, a branch from the bushes must hold changed something. Look for a lever on the side of the engine with a rod or spring going to the carburetor. This would be the governer. You could own changed it's adjustment.
Have you looked over the entire bottom of the machine to see if within are any vines, strings,or ropes that are tangled surrounded by any of the parts?
Before you do that make sure you remove the telecommunication from the spark plug and tape the lapse so it doesn't accidentally ''kick'' if you are removeing something.
