We rent our apartment and something clogged the toilet and NOTHING is working. I mean NOTHING. We've tried hot river, dish soap, a high-quality plunger and even fluid plumber as a last resort. Will we purely have to give the name our landlord/maintenance guy to have it fixed? Is it their responsibility to seize it fixed? Is there anything else we can try?
Answers:    I own apartments and even though my tenant's lavish clogged the commode, I was responsible for getting it fixed. Luckily I be able to rent a snake from the hardware store and that fixed the problem. Call you manager and find out what he wants you to do. He can any handle the details or instruct you on what he requirements done. If he is handy, he can probably snake it for you, or a plumber will be called contained by. It is not only the landlord's responsibility, it is also his responsibility to achieve it fixed in a timely behaviour as you are paying rent for everything to work. Good luck.
sorry, get a plumber, u could also try a snake u can rent them
