Any idea how to fix it ? Do I enjoy to take down the entire disposer workings?
You should be able to put a bead of plumbers putty beneath the lip. Roll it out like a snake and newly get underneath the lip at the sink drain after loosening the disposal. When you tighten the disposal back up some will squeeze spinal column out but you just rub it bad with your fingers. It is made for that and works fundamentally well.
There is a rubber, or foam, gasket that fits between the sink drain, and the strip.
You might be able to appendage tighten the 'nut', but if the gasket is damaged, or elderly, you may want to replace it. Its not expensive, and you can do it yourself, if you can lift the disposal element.
Check the box your disposal came within, or the owner's manual, or the manufacturer's website, and you should be capable of find a parts diagram, or installation instructions, showing you where the pieces adjectives fit together.
