Answers:    A septic tank making noise isn't normal. You will have need of to get a plumber who specializes within septic tank repair/installation. He will do test to see how well your system is working. Just have it suctioned out is a "stop-gap" fix, it will work until you refill the cistern and you will probably get the noise again.
