Its an AO smith model and im able to relight the pilot. However i hear a slow dripping contained by the tank that might be hitting the pilot. I hold had this kiln for about 2 years. Do I enjoy not drained or did an temperature pressure nouns. I dont know if its warranted or not. Can someone relate me what my next step should be to resolve this?
Answers:    I would call upon a local company that handles this brand river heater. They will report to you who to call. Most of these company's enjoy someone who checked on their product. You might find that it is still under warranty. If it is they will repair it. If it is not they will provide you an estimate of what it will cost to be repaired. Most water heaters hold a minimum of a five year warranty. It might be better than you trying to fix it your self. A. O. Smith is a good company to traffic with. If you can find an 800 number for them on the radiator deal next to them direct. Good luck
It's probably just your thermocoupler. It's the copper tube that runs from the square box where on earth your pilot is to the pilot flame itself. It's very simple to fix!
