My rime originator at my restaurant have stopped making rime! What cause it and what should I do? Never had a problem with it within 2 yrs.

Is the water not freezing?
Is at hand ice that's mechanically stuck keeping it from making more rime?
You need to give the name a ice maker repairman. Look within yellow pages below refrigeration. There are all kinds of things that can stir wrong with a ice architect. I've seen the repairman repair the one at work several times and there's all kind of intricate machinery in there. The repair man did share me that the brand "Alpine Meadow" needs the fewest repairs and is a well made domestic device but cost about $500 more to buy new. Have you checked the reset button located inside the front door of the component? Is there water to the reservoir? You may have need of to have the plates cleaned. Do you have sea treatment / filtration before the ice initiator. If you answered yes to these questions, you need a service christen.
Answers: Some ice machines have a removeable panel on the front and above the door hinge, and there are controls and a reset button (usually red). If this is like yours, push the reset button.
If it doesn't own anything like this behind that panel later I would suggest you unplug it for about 10 minutes, then plug it rear legs in. This also serves as a reset for the machine.
Please try this until that time you call someone to look at it. You might also check inside to see if there is an snarl-up. The reset is the easiest and cheapest thing to try first!
