whenever i have that problem, it is always something like replacing the thermostat-(i wondered if they could just be repaired)...but in the summer, if here are normal temp areas in your fridge, you luck out near extra spots to make ices!...so, you may want to let it be for the summer, unless you goal to frozen salads sometimes...otherwise, considering the price of gas, and the thermostat expense, ...it's just pretty COOL! See PAULETTE'S PROBLEMS AND YOURS on youtube for similar problems and solutions! no doubt around it.. you need a thermostat.
if you're handy with tools next you can search the internet for directions for fixing it yourself. If not then send for a repairman. It's definitely a thermostat though.

Try turning the thermostat up a bit. If that doesn't correct the problem it is probably the thermostat. a couple of other possibilities are covered in the link. www.repairclinic.com will also assist you locate the thermostat and give you step by step instructions on how to change it - they also get rid of parts.
listen for fridge motor turning off .If it stays on adjectives the time you need to have thermostat replaced. you possibly putting more delicate foods in the rear legs wher it tends to be colder
