The handle constantly turns departed or right without stopping. I took the bar off and indistinguishable thing happen with the stem when I turn it by foot, it will turn forever in any direction. It's soldered to a copper pipe in my underground store that branches off the biggest line. Will I enjoy to replace it or can something be repaired inside of it?
Go to walmart or home-depot and buy little cutoff tap that goes on the extension of garden hose. They come in one-way up to five-way screw this on you faucet. Now you enjoy a cutoff valve that works. You can hold your time and decide how to fix it. You may call a halt up replacing valve but you won't be rushed.

It sounds like you enjoy a "frost free" faucet. If the faucet has a long body later that is what it is.
There should be a packing nut where on earth the valve stem go into the faucet.
Turn off the principal water tap, bleed off the hose pressure through a working faucet then remove the packing nut allowing you the verbs out the valve stem. I suspect you will not find anything attached to the extension of the stem, which means it have unscrewed and is inside the valve.
You can try to fish out the parts near a piece of wire, if that doesn't work, turn the key water tap on and the water pressure should flush them out. If the parts are within good demand put it all pay for together, if the parts seem worn you may be capable of get replacement parts.
Otherwise you will enjoy to replace the whole assembly.

Answers: I bet the handle is stripped. try taking the feel off and using pliers to turn it on until you catch it fixed.
If it spins and spins it way ot os striped out and needs to be replaced
The easiest opening to do that is to try to contest the brand and model that you have installed and consequently just replace the insides
