How can I flip the breaker to make my outlet work so the Christmas lights will come wager on on? Is there something that I'm missing here.

Answers:    Chances are, if it is an outside recepticle, it is hooked up to a ground defect circuit interrupter (GFCI) recepticle somewhere. Check all the recepticles surrounded by your house for a rectangular shaped recepticle that has two buttons contained by the center. One button is to test, the other to reset. I suggest you look contained by the closest bathroom first.

If it is the breaker, remember you have to push the breaker to stale first, and then to on. This resets the breaker.
