It's just on a timer, newly suggest that they adjust it to mid afternoon while no one is home.

Ask them to adapt it, if it clocks on and off it's on a timer and they can convert it easily. They may not even realize they hold it set that way.
It's waisting electricity and gas for them so they may even appreciate it if you share them. You just may be positive them big money.
If they tell you they know and don't relocate it all you can do it put within ear plugs I'm afraid, it's not loud enough that the police would do anything something like it.
Answers: almost adjectives hot tubs have filter cycles. Hope fully it is a unusual one (last 6 years or so). Most tubs will do a 2 hour filter cycle every ten hours. That can be adjusted efficiently. The big problem might be for you is that the tub might come on for 2 minutes every two-four hours... That vacuum sound by the path is the blower. The really nice thing would be if you could transmit us what brand and model the tub is..easier to tell you the solution.........
