My mower wont turn over, when i turn the push button the blades start to move even though they are not out of stock?

Answers:    If you have an electric clutch that engage the mower blades, it sounds as if the switch is bad and it is busy. try unplugging the clutch from the switch and try it again. I don't think the starter is strong satisfactory to turn the motor over with the blades occupied.
The blades would not move if they were not occupied. Actually, the starter should not kick surrounded by if they are either. You stipulation to check the linkages on the engagement lever.
