You are going to own to try and get two long screw drivers and place them contained by an "X" formation and place the flat blades against the studs where the blades of the see. are attached. Try twisting one way and consequently the other. Unfortunately, this is not as easy as the ISE and wrench. If you can procure some motion on it, then remove the screwdrivers and try the switch (with dampen flowing) Good Luck
Feel underneath..in the center nearby should be an inverted place, a socket where you can insert an allen wrench.
