i have a kenmore fridge and someone "accidently" put a packet of something higher than the ice architect, now resembling all the rime has melt and everything in the fridge is adjectives soaked with the melt ice and is not that cold. and also the fridge doesn't give the impression of being as cold as it should be. could the packet have switched bad something?

Answers: If defrosting and restarting doesn't work try calling Kenmore to see what can be done.
nought is switched off, you will probably own to de-ice or de=frost your fridge and freezer for it to work properly again.
