Answers: Since the fridge is cooled by the freezer, check your adjustment settings. (what controls how much freezer air go into the fridge) Sounds like you may hold that shut off or a substandard flapper that is shut bad tight from the freezer compartment.
just have this problem last week i have a repairman come and was because the defrost cycle wasnt working i unplugged it for 2 days and replaced a relay for 40bucks it presently works fine
