first of all take home sure the place is well insulated. stamp any gaps contained by windows, fit draft excluders around doors. later u may have to carry a couple of portable electric heaters that u can turn on when u need them. that can be expensive to run, but its better than freezing. hold 1 room where u spend most of ur time the warmest. and dally for the summer!
