gas dryer stopped heating, cant afford a repairman. only just want some troubleshooting advice what are the two most adjectives causes of this. please one and only serious entries. thanx.
Answers: There is a simple and often times overlooked justification that dryers stope heating and hence drying. The exhaust is blocked adjectives or partially. Pull the dryer out and bring in sure the exhaust is clear of lint and debris. Also verbs the tube leading to the outside. Over time it will get the same.

could be that the thermocouple have gone bad which essentially is what keeps the pilot reading light lit ( i am assuming it has a pilot light) and if the pilot frothy is not lit the dryer main burner will not lite any
