Answers: Start with the simplest piece first, make sure the coils any beneath or behind the section is free of dust buildup. Coils need to be verbs in direct for the freezer to cool properly. If the coils are clean, afterwards the condensor could be bad. Try unplugging the section and plugging it back surrounded by and see if you hear a humming noise. A technician will hold to help you near that or the thermostat.
Probably needs the coolant to be recharged. It is dutiful for 8-10 years if it has be less that that near may be a leak surrounded by the coils.
