Any suggestions for something I can put on it, or do to "fix" the scratch or construct it less distinct... the couch is black if that helps within any way....
I have this question up within the Dog section too... and it seem that people be thinking it was an actual RIP... but luckily it's basically a scratch... but a bunch of them within one spot and its very visible... i was thinking more along the lines of some humane of oil? or I dunno... but folks were mentioning cement and im not sure that that is right for this...
Answers: This is not a cleaning problem.
If these scratch are just on the surface you can use Easy Colour to colour them over and smooth them down. If the scratch are deeper and teh leather has be raised consequently you need some pigment colour to restore these but you can do these yourself.

I own 2 peskie eskies that scratch the leather wingback bench my hubby sits in when they want to be pet. I use a cream shoe polish contained by the burgandy color of the chair to obscure where their nail scraped off the color. I don't approaching the wax based ones fundamentally because the wax melts near body heat and will verbs the color to clothing and skin. Once I fill contained by the scratch, I also use a spray by Guardsman that puts a shine final on the scratched area as very well as setting the color in next to a protective coating. You can get most of these products at discounters, shoe repairs and even some grocery stores.
