What is the best thing to buy. We are going to be selling soon so I want to get the patio looking decent.
concrete won't wash away :)... but realistically take some good fill dirt from a nursery and pack it contained by. If you can put grass on top it will keep it from washing away.
I agree beside Buuba. If sand is not popular in your area, try a top soil and packing it down at the bottom of the hole and give notice it loose on top, then add sod. Don't mow it too soon or you will decimate it.
If that doesn't work, add some flowers or hide it near a flower pot while the house is being looked at. =)
Answers: Bermuda sod over sand. Tamp it down and water it.
