I set it to wash and hear it start and heard the marine pouring. I opened it up at around the middle of the dry-clean because I didn't hear the normal wishy washy sounds. There be water surrounded by the bottom and it wasn't draining. I tried unscrewing the filter and digging in at hand but theres nothing. I have my ex check the drain and it seems fine as ably. What do I do?

If it is the timer they will sell you the slice with instructions on how to install it.
Can Freon Go Bad?
Try to restart the DW. If it have a timer knob-turn it until you hear something. If it is a push button -push some buttons. Does it have power? Check the breaker. Is it dated?
Usually all dws will pump out in the past they start up.
