I have a zanussi dishwasher its solitary 18 months old but I meditate the guarantee is only for 12. yesterday when I turned it on it single ran for a few minutes and a flashing green lighting came on next to the number 20. the manual said the dishwasher wouldnt drain that any the drain hose was kinked or bent I checked this and it be ok then it said to verbs the sink spigot does anybody know what this is and is it in the dishwasher or within my sink ?
thanks surrounded by advance
The spigot is another name for faucet.
Is your dishwasher a portable?
There might be a clog surrounded by the head that attaches to the faucet.
Also, look/feel around the inside bottom of the washer for any aged food junk that might be clogging the drain.
see us men do have our uses, a duo of rubber gloves and a pinnie is all we entail, none of this modern technogy stuff.

MUMMY WHY ARE YOUR HANDS SO SOFT?
COZ DADDY DOES THE WASHING UP
What I believe Zanussi is calling a sink spigot is what is referred to within UK as a 'Hose connector' or an 'Appliance trap adaptor'. This is the short tube extension that is attached to your sink fritter away pipe close to the trap under the sink. The outlet hose from the apparatus attaches to it. It should be easy to remove and check for blockage by unscrewing its retaining ring. Check that the point where on earth it attaches to sink pipework is not blocked either. Good luck.

Your dishwasher drains into your sink drain pipe. So, if the dishwasher drain isn't kinked or clogged, the sink drain pipe is the subsequent place to look.

If you can't find a clog, try running the drain tube from the dishwaher to a 5 gal bucket to test if it's pumping or not.
Answers:    it is probably asking you to check the nouns from the dishwasher to the waste pipe surrounded by case it is blocked. it may be a virtuous idea to check adjectives the waste piping from you're sink and dishwasher for blockages, also any internal filter the dishwasher has, ours have a screw in one surrounded by the bottom, this will probably solve the problem.
