check the internal filter for blockage of scale.

It will be in the vicinity the inlet, possibly in the pipe.

Other than that, its scale up. The heat exchanger is full of level.

Make sure the shower head is not scale up too

perhaps your filter is blocked near lime .Take the shower spray down & soak it for 10 min in a shower Descaler it will be ok after that but dont for get hold of to rince the shower head back use
