we have had our tub for something like 10 years, It still runs fine, just started leaving overcast ring in the last 2 weeks.
Answers: Sometimes mold and algea grow inside the pump and piping for the jetts.find a small round brush and try cleaning as far as you can arrive at into the jetts when their shut off of course consequently fill the tub and add one gallon of bleach, tolerate the jetts run for twenty minutes then drain. fill it again and repeat short the bleach. It may take a few times flushing it with bleach once a week but it should execute the algea and come clean.
