My bedroom door is specifically not-sound-proof, what can I like lightning and smoothly do to add to this slightly? I'm in a rented house, so I can't suspend a new door....

I'm in a rented house, so I can't suspend a new door. Something resembling sealing round the edges? or nail something to the back of it to increase the mass and hence means to absorb nouns?
