i guess it is because i never use the fan when i shower but does anybody know any expeditious fixes to fix it up or do i have to phone up a proffesional in?
Answers: If it is certainly the dry wall itself that is disintergrating, the individual thing you can do at this point is replace it. Once i.e. done, seal the strange dry wall with KILZ II primer, paint it and most importantly, any install a good bathroom admirer or use the one you have. This is a condition that develops over time, but once the spoil is done, it cant be glossed over.
start using the fan!!! if its merely the paint peeling, collect off the elderly paint and repaint using exterior paint. behr paint has built surrounded by primer, available at home depot if one close by.
