The igniter is glowing, but it will not ignite the tube where the gas flows contained by. Any Ideas? Thanks
Answers: Although your igniter is glowing, it may not be getting hot enough (Gas requires approximately 1100 degree to ignite). It should glow a very bright red. There's usually a thermal unit within the assembly that have to get hot enough to if truth be told open the gas valve. Look up an appliance trellis site such as www.partselect.com to get a diagram of your oven. You'll just requirement to enter the model # to access the correct drawings. Good luck.
