of water surrounded by the garage so there is a vent hole surrounded by the house and i can hear the water leak /dripping from there and it go into the garage but i cant see exaclty where the sea is coming from i have flushed out the dirt near a hose in the tubes earlier do you think that could be what the problem is it of late needs flushedout or is it a bigger problem...the outside component is pretty new close to a few years new..any suggestions would be greatly appreciated gratitude
Answers: I think it is just "condensation" of atmospheric water condensing on the cold pipes or ducts.
Find some style to collect this run-off and drain it to another location.
Have you ever driven your car beside the AC on for several miles. Then you go into a store, and when you come final to the parking spot, there is a puddle of hose under your motor??

It could be that the drain splash is just clogged up. You can flush it out. You should also engender sure the unit is not freezing up which would impose excess water. If it is freezing up it could be the atmosphere filter. For a trouleshooting guide, check out the air conditioner page at my source.
