I just received a music box not too long ago, and it is NOT investigational, but it worked fine when I got it. I tried to bend it up though, and I guess I did it too slowly because it stopped working on me!! Whenever I turn the knob on the bottom now to interweave it up, I hear a series of clicks, and every half rotation, a different sounding click. Winding this up make the spinning object within the center budge a little bit, but not by a great deal. I think that the knob is loose. Can anybody sustain me fix this?
