I just discovered I own a small mouse in my house! I hold no mouse traps at the moment. I'm trying to lure it out by leaving some food. What would work best?

Please facilitate, I'm freaking out!

Answers:    If you don't have pets or children, capture some of the old fashioned, "they progress SNAP" mouse traps.... bait them with peanut butter... your problem will travel away quickly.

The hoary fashioned wooden ones are best and can be had cheaply adequate to be used once and then thrown away.

You might try peanut butter - they love that. But....alas.....it won't help. You obligation traps.
