For the past 5 months I own caught 7 mice in my apartment. Now I thought ok this house (duplex) is ancient, the window in the subterranean vault are broken, ect.. mice in the winter are ordinary

WELL its now May and we enjoy caught 2 mice in sooner or later!

My question is what do I do.. we call our landlord- who does sh*t for us... what rights do we as tenets have within Pennsylvania... what can I do?

Answers:    Typically, unless your rental contract states that the landlord is responsible for pest control in the apartment, you are on your own.
Either call an exterminate, if your rental contract does not cover pests, or verbs catching them.
Being a homeowner, we use traps, baited near peanut butter, and are quite successful near keeping them at bay. Although, for some drive, the population has increased greatly this month. We newly killed 4 today and an further 6 in times gone by week..So, I hear Ya.messy little buggers.!

Don't use poison just put alot of traps down, Glue traps are biddable. If you use poison then you may never find the motionless mice.. With glue traps and other traps you will know that you completely removed them from your house. perfect luck.
