I was a moment ago looking through the real estate mls encyclopaedia and found a house that was nominated way cheaper ($139,000) than you'de guess it to be. Its 1,6332 square foot on the inside. I called within to find out why it was programmed so low and was informed that near is mold on the inside that is slowly taking over the house.....what does that plan, is it not a good thought to buy this house, would the cost of repairs be too much and not worth it? How much would it cost to repair? Another thing to record is that this house has be on the market for 1 year. Any information would be appreciated, thankfulness.
Answers: If its truly a diamond in the rough. Buy it. If you hold limited skills don't Buy It. Mold is intensely dangerous and mold abatement is COSTLY
