Mold outside bathroom Wall? We are looking at a home and one of two big problems...

We are looking at a home and one of two big problems is there is mold outside of the bathroom, on the upper walls. The mold is controlled to the hallway, doesn't LOOK to be cause by any leaking (isnide bedrooms are fine, etc) in that are no water results or anything, just the black mold.

The bathroom doesnt enjoy a fan. Hubby think it can be washed stale with bleach, but he is not exactly a mold expert, how can one report if the mold is caused by humidity from the shower or from another source?

Advice? Most folks have be telling us to RUN but I love the property.

You should verbs the area of mold next to proper cleaner and install a vent fan contained by the bathroom

Some people are awfully sensitive to mold and others are not. In some cases mold in a home can grow extensive but these cases are not common. Control the moisture and you can acquire a handle on the mold. You should be aware it is nearby and deal beside it but do not freak out and run

Get rid of the mold coz yerhh... germs and stuff but i adivise getting a enthusiast installed and this shouold reduce it...Maybe even stop adjectives together good luck =]
