MY GAS FURNAS BLOWER MOTOR WORKS FINE UNTILL IT SHUTS DOWN.WHEN ITS NOT RUNNING THERES A HUMMING NOISE COMMING FROM THE MOTOR.ANY ONE KNOW WHATS WRONG.THANKS
Answers:    USA Have a licensed HVAC technician check it out. The humming might be a relay coil humming because a contact did not fully open or close. The individual way a motor would hum after shutting past its sell-by date is if there be a backfeed of voltage, possibly through a ground fault or impartial. If it definitely is the motor, the electrics has to be checked from the motor terminal back through the controls to find the reproach. Please hire a licensed HVAC tech to do the trouble shooting and repairs. I have see too many mobile home park "handymen" and "repairmen" complete repairs that they did not know what they were doing, sometimes next to disastrous results (last year in PA a house of three was kill in a mobile home fire due to a bleak furnace).
Either a furnace repair place or a manufactured home service company. The manufactured home service company will probably arrive with adjectives the necessary repair parts. Yes, don't send for the community office.
