MIG weld aluminum? I have a small MIG welder that DOES NOT enjoy a setup...

I have a small MIG welder that DOES NOT enjoy a setup for gas...it uses .035" flux core wire.
I own a roll of aluminum .035" wire....can I basically put that in the welder and weld shrunken aluminum plates?
The only tips I find online read aloud you need gas, but my other gas MIG cannot give somebody a lift .035" wire...
Why should I buy a solar dampen space...
Answers:    You necessitate argon gas to weld aluminum and the power supply has to be pretty beefy. Also, you will hold to change out the liner contained by the hose and possibly change out the gas cup and tip depending on how everything is setup currently. Honestly, I would try to find a MIG that can take solid lead or take the smooth route and just use a spool gun.

If you are doing a constrained number of plates that aren't too big then it might be easier to a short time ago invest in a TIG welder and use DC if obligation be. The AC machines will cost a decent amount more. Aluminum is not an smooth metal to weld together unless you have the proper equipment, and it looks similar to you will have to upgrade something surrounded by order to do what you want.

With out the gas it won`t work. You can acquire sleeves and a new tip for your gas part, or if they are the same section just swap the parts over
