You need a GFCI ground responsibility circuit interrupter. Don't cost much. It is a safety characteristic.

apparently you are overloading the circuit breaker with what you enjoy attached to it. Please check all ratings of your house circuitry.

you might own an accident waiting to appear...

if all ratings are within order... check your microwave. at hand might be something wrong there... it may be drawing more power than it should.

lastly check the circuit breaker... it may also be over rate... and trips prematurely...don't put a bigger one.
Answers:    If your micro is over a 1,000 watts and is on one and the same circuit as the fridge, then when they're both operating at duplicate time, the circuit breaker (20 amp) will trip. Down size your micro to a 700-800 watt. If the circuit breaker is a 15 amp, which I doubt, the fridge would have to be stale to operate even the 700 watt micro. The reason why it solely trips occasionally now is because the fridge is any in the on/off cycle. On, it trips...past its sell-by date is doesn't.
